Open Clusters in the Kepler Field of View

This web-page lists all the pulsating stars, discovered in ground-based observations, that fall into the fields of the four open clusters in the Kepler field of view: NGC 6791, NGC 6811, NGC 6819 and NGC 6866, and which have been selected for Kepler asteroseismic targets.

For each pulsating star, we list its KIC number in the Kepler Input Catalog, the name from the WEBDA or Simbad databases, the star's position in the sky plotted with the use of the Aladin Sky Atlas, the equatorial coordinates from the Kepler Input Catalog, the Kepler magnitude, the period(s) of pulsations discovered in ground-based photometry, the amplitude of pulsations, the type of variability, the information about star's membership to the cluster, and the references to the literature.
